The usual arrival time After 3:00 PM, the departure Before 10:00 — but if your program works differently, write to us and we'll discuss it. If we can, we'll help.
On the day of arrival we will receive you personally: we hand over the keys, show you around the house, show you the essentials (air conditioning, fireplace, jacuzzi, wifi, heating). The process takes approx. 15-20 minutes — after that the place is yours.
The exact address and navigation instructions are available at with booking confirmation we will send it by email a few days before arrival.
A few basic rules that are good for everyone.
Between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM We ask for a quiet rest — other people are sleeping in the area, and we chose this place because it is quiet.
Inside the houses we do not smoke. In the garden and on the terrace, you can relax — ashtrays are provided.
Pets by prior arrangement You can bring it. Write a few words about your favorite when booking so that everyone has a good time.
A we provide wood for the fireplace, the garden fire pit can be used for grilling. During forest fire danger periods, we ask you to follow the official rules.

Yes! The two houses can be booked together — so can accommodate groups of up to 19 people, with a shared garden and communal spaces. This is especially good for larger family gatherings, birthdays, or if an organized program (yoga, workshop) requires the entire house. When booking, write a few words about your program and we will give you a personalized offer.
Standard equipment no high chair or cot, but We can provide this by prior arrangement. There is plenty of playground space in the garden for children, and the lake is within walking distance. When booking, please write the age and number of children and we will help you prepare.
Yes, by prior arrangement.. Small and medium-sized dogs are generally welcome — please indicate when booking (size, age, behavior). The garden is fenced, so it is safe, but we ask that you clean the house and take care of the furniture.
The houses are not completely barrier-free — there are stairs and thresholds. If this is a concern for you, please contact us in advance, as some of the ground floor bedrooms are wheelchair accessible, but the bathroom is not barrier-free. We can help with planning according to individual needs.
Yes, The property can accommodate several cars. — free of charge, in a fenced area. If you are arriving with a large group (5+ cars), it is worth calling in advance so that we can arrange parking spaces.
A lot. The living room of the big house with the fireplace was designed for the wrong time of year. The jacuzzi is especially good in the rain and cold — many people say that the most profound experience is at the beginning of winter. There are board games and books in the house, and there are many indoor options in the area (museums, cafes, restaurants).
